Format:
Six person team
Four on the field, two substitutes

Surface: Grass Field

Entry Fee: $70.00 (if postmarked by July 8, 2008)
(Entry fee is $85.00 if postmarked after July 8, 2008)

Pre-registration is required. No registrations will be accepted the day of the tournament.
