Festival Rules

• No carry-ins (except for water). There is no admission fee for Paperfest so the main source of revenue is through food & beverage sales. There is a wide variety of food, refreshments, and ice cream treats available at a number of concession stands located throughout the park. Please come and enjoy the festival and help support the event by purchasing concessions on the grounds.

• No parking inside the park. Parking passes required for band and support vehicles.

• Wristbands are required for anyone wishing to purchase alcohol. Though wristbands can be viewed as a nuisance it is a requirement of the village and they do allow us to maintain an open fest environment, verses having to fence in specific areas for alcohol sales and consumption.

• No radios, boom boxes, etc. There is plenty of music and entertainment provided on the grounds for your enjoyment.

• No bicycles. Bicycles should be parked at the front gate.

• No skateboarding.
